In the fall of 2020, PaintCuring GmbH was founded to further advance the optimization of dryers and curing ovens of paint stores based on simulations and measurements. For this purpose, PaintCuring GmbH uses the expert knowledge gained from many years of experience in plant engineering and the simulation of process engineering processes using modern CFD methods.

The central goal of PaintCuring GmbH is to develop tailor-made solutions with our customers for optimum painting results. We support you from the first project sketch to the development of suitable process technology to commissioning and final process support.

Due to the upcoming electrification of the automotive industry, tasks in this area are currently in focus. The task is to safely accommodate the additional battery masses by means of reinforcements in the sill area. For this purpose, modifications to dryers and cooling zones are necessary in order to make the plants fit for electromobility by means of longer residence times, better heat transfer at the critical areas and, if necessary, temperature increases.
